Ms. Hope-Prior Lead Teacher and Manager's Assistant
Hey parents, my name is Hope Mincer, a former employee of Little Blessings. A little about me, I’m originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania but moved here to North Carolina in April of 2021. I started working at Little Blessings in October of 2021. I started out as a Lead Teacher in Toddler Room, moved to Lead in Preschool room and had the amazing opportunity to be Managers Assistant. I’ve worked with children since I was young, from babysitting my niece and family friends to taking child development in high school. Best decision I could have ever made about a job was joining Little Blessings. Words can’t describe how amazing Little Blessings is. From being a family with amazing staff and director to loving and caring for those sweet babies. Little blessings is not only a daycare, but it’s a family. You step foot in the building and you already feel apart of Little Blessings. Little Blessings is an amazing opportunity for your child to grow, learn, experiment and be their own self while also being loved on and cared for. I joined Little Blessings because the minute i had my interview, something in my heart told me this is where I belong and i’m so glad i took that step. I not only felt like an employee there, but i felt loved and appreciated. It’s just one big happy family who gets to meet more families. Little blessings taught me a lot about myself. Taught me how to be an amazing teacher, leader, person and care giver. It saddens me to have to part ways with Little Blessings because no other daycare will ever compare to this one. Little Blessings will forever hold a special place in my heart. I’m forever thankful for the opportunity to grow inside the business but also be able to love on those sweet babies of yours. To know the director of Little blessings is to love her. Country is an amazing boss, woman, friend, director and a care giver. She has the biggest heart I know.

Ms. Rachelle- Prior Lead Preschool Teacher
Hello, I’m Rachelle Mirque. I worked at Little Blessing daycare for almost two years. I had to move back to my husband hometown since he was getting out of the military. I enjoyed working there because of the children. Mrs. Country motivated me to start my career path for early childhood. My goal is to become a kindergarten teacher.

All of Noah’s teachers are incredible but he definitely has some favorites that stand out as bright lights in his days away from home. All any working parent could hope for is a childcare facility full of people who love your baby the same way you would. Ms. Jenni, Ms. Alaina, Ms. Hope and Ms. Hannah have ALWAYS made mike and I feel like Noah is safe and loved as he spends his days learning and growing and being silly. Thank you could never be enough 🤍 we sure are going to miss our LB family

My daughter has been going here for almost a year now. When we met Ms. Country when my man was deployed and my schedule was not the typical 9-5. To say the least finding reliable and trustworthy people with my daughter was hard. It takes time to really find a business or people who take care of children because they love kids and truly want to help them learn and grow. My daughter loves it here, Country and the staff have assisted me in potty training, have taught my daughter so many things, she loves doing school work and learning here. They are all so understanding and supportive especially when it was just my baby and I for almost a year. We are very blessed to have Little Blessings Daycare in our life !

My daughter and I love Ms. Country and her staff at Little Blessings. My daughter asks to go there every day and it's so great. I've always been worried about daycare but when I drop her off and see how happy she, her teachers, and her friends are, I go to work knowing she's perfectly fine.
They have assisted me in potty training my child. They are currently teaching her to write her name. They learn about Jesus and teach the kids a praying song that is beautiful!

Ms. Jace-Prior Lead Infant Teacher
Hi, I’m Jace! My partner and I are the moms of one amazing Autistic kid, James. We have one black cat (Loki) and two very friendly turtles that visit us, Bowser and Squishy. I enjoy going on family trips and sightseeing. In my off time I put puzzles together, build robotic cars and paint.
I worked as a part of the Little Blessing team from January 2022 to October 2023 as the infant room teacher. I have loved all of the babies that have come into my room and I enjoyed building a special bond with each of them. As a infant room teacher you get to experience a lot of those first milestones, walking, talking, first tooth, recognizing sounds and objects. It was a great privilege to be apart of these milestones .

DeLittle Blessings is one of the most caring, loving, educational daycares I’ve been a part of. Both of my daughters started attending Little Blessing at the ages of 1 and 3 and they are better off for it. My daughters were both potty trained, taught sign language, and learned about our loving God and how to love others like God does; just to name a few besides your basic letters, numbers, art, emotional health, etc.
Ms. Country and the staff pour their love, time, and energy into every child, and activities at both of their locations. The Little Blessings staff was there for us during some of the best times and also some very challenging “family times” with kind words, extra hugs, prayers and anything else we needed during our difficult times. We unfortunately had to leave the Little Blessings family unexpectedly but we still remain in contact with many of the employees, including Ms. Country because they became family! My girls and I talk about our amazing memories of Little Blessings daily. Little Blessings is not only a loving, educational daycare but they are family; we will never forget our Little Blessings family and all they have done for us and hope our paths cross again!

Mrs.Haley-Prior Assistant Manager
Country Martin is hands-down, the best owner and leader I have ever had the opportunity to work with. She is kind, hard-working, dedicated, ambitious, honest, empathetic, and one of the strongest leaders I know. Country has a plethora of knowledge when it comes to childcare and she is willing to teach her staff IF they are willing to learn, listen, and try her sometimes crazy methods! She will never ask you to do anything she hasn’t already done herself or is willing to do herself. Working for a boss like that makes coming to work not just a job but an enjoyment and learning experience. In my 18+ years of working experience, 9 years in childcare, I’ve never worked for a better owner/boss. Little Blessings has an updated, creative, fun, and educational curriculum that it teaches each day to its children; so no two days are the same. Country sets high expectations, standards, and goals for her employees to motivate them and push them to be the best version of themselves but she is also there every step of the way to help you and guide you if you are willing to learn. If my personal life had not removed me from Fayetteville, North Carolina, I would still be an employee of Little Blessings, and best believe if I ever have to opportunity to go back, I will.

Mrs. Sam- Former Assistant Director
Hello families!! I am “Mrs. Sam”! I worked at Little Blessings for 3 years and count it as one of my greatest joys in life! I grew so much while helping to guide and foster the growth and educational development of all the “littles”. Mrs Country quickly became a mentor to me and helped me progress from assistant teacher to assistant Director as she supported my talents, and challenged my skills and knowledge! I miss all the teachers and children deeply. Little Blessings is the best center for families in Fayetteville, NC! It will always be a home away from home!
